Jaden Movold

Jaden Movold is an internationally ranked T54 wheelchair racer from Auckland, New Zealand, and a passionate advocate for the disability community. Born with Spina Bifida, Jaden has faced significant medical challenges, including 32 surgeries, but has consistently pushed beyond expectations in both sport and advocacy. He currently holds 7 New Zealand records and was ranked number one worldwide in his classification and age group for the 5000m in 2023. Through various initiatives, Jaden works to amplify voices, challenge barriers, and demonstrate that with perseverance, the power of possibility can be unlocked for everyone. In addition to his advocacy work, Jaden is studying psychology at university, with the goal of helping others navigate challenges similar to those he has faced, further highlighting his commitment to making a positive impact both on and off the track.
