Updated September 28, 2026
The information on the AdaptX website, including our courses, articles, videos, podcasts, research summaries and resources, is provided by AdaptX Inc. for general education about inclusion, adaptive fitness and sport.
Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this site is medical, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Talk to a doctor or other qualified health professional before you start an exercise program, and before changing how you train, coach or support an athlete with a disability.
Physical Activity
Exercise and sport carry a risk of injury. If you choose to use techniques, programs or equipment described on this site, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for judging what is safe for you and for anyone you work with. Races and events we organize have their own rules and waivers, which you accept when you register.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but information can change, and research findings are summaries rather than the full studies. We do not guarantee that everything is complete, current or free of errors. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at info@adaptx.org.
Stories, Testimonials and Results
The experiences of athletes, grant recipients, learners and partners shared on this site are their own. They are not a promise that anyone else will have the same result.
Links to Other Websites
We link to organizations, research and services we think are useful. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement of everything they say or sell. The same goes for funders, sponsors and partners named on our pages.
