AdaptX Connect Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your AdaptX Connect account directly from the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so review what happens to your data below before you begin.

⚠ Before you delete your account

  • This is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, activity history, and saved program enrollments cannot be recovered.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the AdaptX Connect app and go to Profile

    • Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Scroll down to the “Delete Account” option, tap “Delete Account”

  3. When prompted, select “Yes, I confirm” to proceed with account deletion
